Micron Semiconductor Products, Inc

Provide direction for programs from benefits identification and requirements gathering to implementation and benefits realization. Develop basic technical solutions or drive necessary requirements to IT for complex solutions. Ensure stakeholders share a common understanding of scope, requirements, problems / opportunities and align the team with business priorities. Drive timely issue escalation and resolution; Communicate capabilities & constraints to ensure stakeholder expectations are met. Leverage business process improvement techniques to elicit, analyze and document business processes or new feature requirements for implementation. Help define metrics & measurement information to proactively engage in process improvement. Utilize knowledge of BI and Information Management processes & methodologies to deliver BI solutions using visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc. Understanding of
dimensional data modeling principles (star and snowflake schemas, de-normalized data structures, slowly changing dimensions, etc) necessary for implementing efficient BI solutions.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Information Management, Management Information Systems, Project Management or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a CNBU Process Improvement Manager-related occupation. Position Requires PMP Certification.
