Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the HVAC equipment to include but not limited to maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and training of the junior techs. Troubleshooting problems and performing repairs and preventive maintenance on, hot water and steam boilers, centrifugal chillers, roof top air conditioning units, recirculating and make up air systems. Performs minor preventative maintenance tasks and repairs of such systems. Performs building rounds and readings.
