JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Salesforce Support Specialist to join our IT team and support our Salesforce technology and integrations. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of our Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service teams, to ensure the effective utilization and optimization of Salesforce to meet the organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have an advanced understanding of Salesforce administration, or other CRM experience. This position is remote.

Essential Functions:

* Manage and maintain the Salesforce licensing, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, security settings, and deactivation

* Coordinate and provide user training and support, including creating training materials and conducting training sessions

* Monitor and maintain middleware software the supports Microbac's Salesforce org with other systems

* Collaborate with consultants on large scale implementations and new system integrations

* Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and evaluate and implement new functionalities as appropriate

* Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support end users and management teams

* Create process automations and workflows to support business process improvements

* Implement and manage data integrity and data quality initiatives, including data cleansing, deduplication, and migration

* Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, system errors, and data discrepancies

* Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience

Minimum Qualifications

* 3 years of Salesforce or similar CRM experience

* Experience with Salesforce plugins such as Formstack, Linvio, HubSpot, Zoominfo, etc. a plus

* Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud a plus

* Experience with middleware required, Mulesoft or Boomi a plus

* Strong data analysis skills

* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

* Strong communication and presentations skills

* Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams

* Degree in information technology, business administration, finance, marketing, or similar

* The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near visual acuity including use of computers.
