The Michigan Renaissance Festival is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Manager to join our team for full-

time employment.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of food operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Train and supervise kitchen staff

- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies

- Monitor food quality and customer satisfaction

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Requirements:

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of food safety regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Availability to work weekends and holidays
