Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to upsell will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties:

- Greet guests and escort them to their tables

- Present menus and explain daily specials

- Take accurate food and beverage orders

- Enter orders into the POS system

- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately

- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests

- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials

- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area

- Sanitize workstations and utensils regularly

- Assist with bussing tables

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry preferred

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest relations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
