RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual must have strong leadership skills and would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our electrical service division. Some of the necessary skills would be speaking with clients, quoting, scheduling, inventory, quality control, hiring, safety etc.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in electrical field with at least 3 years supervisory background
• Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Responsible for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards on job sites
• Communicate, schedule and manage day to day operations to ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scope
• Assertive and able to negotiate change orders and contracts
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Adobe and estimating programs.
• Must be able to pass background check, including Motor Vehicle and drug test.

Pay: $85,500.00 - $100,000.00 per year
