Description

Senior Project Engineer:

• Actively participates in the construction process by preparing information (schedules, budgets, scopes of work) to be utilized in securing new work.
• Stays current with top industry software and technology packages: maintains current technology and makes recommendations for future technology acquisitions.
• Maintains RFI's and submittals
• Maintains estimating databases and templates (estimating templates, scope of work templates, etc.).
• Maintain and distribute project documentation
• Field operations and safety

Profile

Successful Candidate:

• 3 years experience in Construction industry
• Healthcare and/or Commercial project experience, preferred
• Ability to Develop strong relationships with key subcontractors
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture, required
• Based in the LA area
