**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES RETAIL INVENTORY SPECIALISTS (WAREHOUSE/WEB ORDERS):**

* Execute the 18-minute Web Pick-Up processes and ensure customer satisfaction; assist customers and perform carry-in/outs

* Process incoming and outgoing shipments (including pick-packs, backhauls, return-to-vendor merchandise, etc.)

* Maintain the department by ensuring a clean work area and perform various merchandising activities such as processing freight, assembling floor displays and re-sets, and completing mark downs.

* Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness; help to prepare for and conduct physical inventory & participate in store open and close procedures

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:**

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers with a sincere desire to help customers

* Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods of time

* Shifts include hours before and after the store is open to the public and may also include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
