Client Details

Our client is a general contractor who has been successful at delivering TI construction services in the Northwest since 2001. They over a complete tenant improvements through preconstruction, construction, LEED construction and building maintenance and tenant services. They have a wide range of commercial projects that they work on, Class A office spaces, historical renovations, medical facilities, life science , and more. They have a been a successful general contractor due to their team talent and knowledge, being able to bring leadership to the field, and create a long positive relationship with their subcontractors. They are leader in the Commercial TI space, working with industry organization such as NAIOP, BOMA- Seattle, ULI, and Corenet.

Description

  • Be able to build strong long lasting client relationships
  • Provide pre- construction services
  • Review proposals specifications, drawings,and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
  • Prepare project budgets and estimates for major tenant improvements and major project revisions
  • Participate in pre- bid meetings, bid strategy meetings, and post construction meetings
  • Conduct project scheduling, project financial responsibilities, project administration, operations, and close out
  • Ensure the project is completed in conformance with signed contract, subcontracts, purchase agreements, plans, specifications and changes
  • Verify with office manager that all subcontractors have proper license, insurance information, up to date labor and industries payments and financial capabilities to complete their work
  • Promote a healthy company culture, provide leadership, and employee development

Profile

  • Has at least 7 years in the commercial Ti space with 3 years doing life science projects
  • Bachelor's degree in a related construction management field
  • has the knowledge of multiple commercial interior builds: Office, High- tech, Flex, retail, Health care, Biotech, Historical, Industrial, and Life science.
  • Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, and labor reports.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Has be successful gaining new projects and building new relationships
  • Management of employees including both office and field staff
  • Planning, assigning and directing work
  • Creating visions and finding successful solutions
