Job Description

• Produce conceptual, schematic, and design development budgets
• Review plans for consistency and accuracy
• Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
• Coordinate relationships and negotiate with subcontractors on material and labor costs
• Manage all levels of take-offs while applying unit prices
• Collaborate with construction team to analyze and maintain operating cost

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years of estimating experience with a general contractor
• Preferably have a degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Well versed in Procore, Bluebeam and other estimating software's
• Excellent organization skills
• Understanding of Construction Systems
• OSHA certification is preferred

What's on Offer

• Base salary of $110,000- $130,000, depending on experience
