Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for:
Staying current with owner change orders
Project admin, project cost control, subcontractor/supplier requisitions, field purchases, etc.
Developing and maintaining relationships with necessary parties
Directing and supervising the construction & administration team
Creating new ways for efficiency and productivity
Ensuring safety compliance
Implementing and maintaining project schedules & Company's Quality Plan
Reviewing & understanding construction docs
Coordinating and directing estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, and construction functions
Creating and maintaining Internal Progress Report (IPR) on a monthly basis

5 years working as a Project Manager with a reputable commercial GC
Bachelors degree in construction management, or other related field
CPM preferred
Knowledge of construction procedures, building/handicap/fair housing/ansi/waterproof/environmental/acoustical codes, estimating, & scheduling practices
