As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing ground-up retail construction projects from conception to completion. With a commitment to excellence and a dedication to client satisfaction, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join the team in Atlanta, Georgia.

Description

  • Lead and manage ground-up big box retail construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring adherence to all contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Monitor project progress, anticipate issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Manage project teams, provide leadership, and drive motivation and accountability.
  • Oversee quality control and safety on the job site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any project-related challenges to mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and project reports.
  • Regularly report project status to senior management and clients.

Profile

  • Retail construction experience preferred
  • Ground up construction experience required
  • Mixed commercial experience preferred
  • Technical degree level education in construction or related field
  • 5 years of experience working in the construction industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Stable work record
  • Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required

Job Offer

  • Salary: $110,000 - $130,000
  • Compensation package is negotiable subject to experience.
