International Trademark & Copyright Associate—-Elite caliber NY IP boutique seeking associate with 4-6 years of trademark/copyright experience for international practice group. The position will be broad in scope, including international trademark clearance and prosecution; multi-jurisdictional disputes; licenses/co-existence agreements; and due diligence relating to the IP aspects of transactions. Top firm background, strong academic credentials, and NY Bar admission all required; prior international trademark or copyright experience preferred. Compensation will depend on experience—-Base salary will likely be in the range of about $180,000-$190,000 , and the firm has also historically offered hours-based and discretionary bonuses.
