A junior level technical support engineer with hands on experience of, Application and production support to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain focusing on SRE/DevOps roadmap. The individual should be passionate about technology and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and/or as part of larger team.

Good knowledge of ITSM Process
Preferrable good knowledge of SDLC
First point of support for application incidents
Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves functional and technical problems
Ensure quality services are delivered with respect to the agreed service level agreement
Clearly understand client business to recommend, provides and support application services
Behavioral Skills :
Self motivated
Good team member
Certification: good to have DevOps, cloud/AWS base training/certification
