We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teachers to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, provide instruction in various subjects, and foster the intellectual and social development of each student.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Provide instruction in subjects such as math, literacy education, science, social studies, and more
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation
- Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for students
- Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment
- Provide individualized support to students who may require special education services or additional tutoring
- Foster the social-emotional development of students through mentoring and guidance

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children (preferred)
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with library services and resources for educational purposes

Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs
- Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students on an individual level
