Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to help students reach their full potential.

Duties:
- Create and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum
- Use learning technology effectively to enhance instruction
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of all students, including those with special education requirements
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Plan and organize field trips, special events, and other educational activities
- Assess student performance through various methods such as tests, projects, and presentations
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance
- Collaborate with education administration to ensure compliance with school policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification/license
- Proven experience working with elementary school students
- Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and instructional best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of special education principles and strategies is a plus
- Attention to detail, including proofreading skills
