Miami Gardens Park Apartments is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant Near Hialeah, FL

We are currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Leasing Office Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, tenants, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.

Provide information and assistance to prospective tenants and clients regarding available properties, leasing terms, and rental applications.

Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.

Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

Assist with the preparation of leasing agreements.

Keep a tidy kitchen.

Close office at end of day.

Perform other administrative tasks and support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-oriented approach.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Availability to work from 1:30pm - 5:30pm M-F.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
