Responsibilities:

• Answer the telephone and speak clearly and professionally. (Fluent in both English and Spanish is required.)
• Handle crisis situations in the event of emergency and/or fire
• Greet visitors
• Receive deliveries and process mail
• Assist office manager as necessary.

Candidate should also:

• Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills and have a professional demeanor
• Be detail-oriented, team player with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work alone if necessary.
• Have an excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Pass fingerprint, background check and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
