PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

* Conduct billing operations and monitor operational / financial workflows to ensure billing compliance for new and existing customers.

* Ensure that billing and related functional processes are performed in accordance with accounting policy.

* Perform system and process audits to ensure that all invoicing procedures are being performed and transmitted accurately.

* Review monthly audits and present analytical reporting to leadership.

* Assist in month-end close including preparation of journal entries, billings package, A/R account analysis, and key revenue metrics.

* Partner with sales and customer service to resolve billing inquiries, providing assistance with information requests.

* Prepare ad-hoc analysis, as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred

* Ability to work in a high-growth environment and rapidly changing organization

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business software

* Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills

* Ability to travel - 10% primarily domestic with the possibility of international travel; however, this could change based on company's impending business needs

* Ability to perform essential functions of the job

The base salary range for this role is $48,600 to $72,900. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance
