Position: Administrative and Operations Assistant

Work Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Starting Pay: $16.50-$17.75/hour

Job Summary:

We're looking for an Administrative and Operations Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a knack for multitasking. You'll be playing a crucial role in supporting both our office and kitchen operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • A significant amount of time will be labeling and handwriting tasks, requiring attention to detail and legibility. This is crucial.
  • Working alongside our Operations manager to assist in a smooth kitchen operation
  • General administrative duties to support our growing team.
  • Assisting with HR-related tasks to keep our workplace happy and compliant.
  • Managing Operations inventory and ensuring our kitchen operations have what they need based on the week
  • Engaging with our customers through written communications.
  • Supporting the operational side of our service, from meal counts, labeling, to route organization.

Ideal Candidate:

  • You have excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Your computer skills are top-notch, with a strong preference for those proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • You possess clear and legible handwriting.
  • Being a team player comes naturally to you, and you're excited about the idea of growing with a startup.
  • You're adaptable and can work well both in an office setting and a kitchen environment (experience in food handling is a plus but not required).
  • You're ready for a role that involves both administrative duties and hands-on operational tasks.
