Our firm is searching for a full-time Leasing Consultant to help oversee a multi-family residential community with 300 apartments on Tucson's eastside. The Leasing Consultant will ensure a high level of professionalism and foster positive relationships with tenants, staff and clients. The Leasing Consultant acts as the representative for the community by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apartment Leasing including greeting prospects, touring the community, processing applications, preparing leases and following up with prospective tenants
• Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence, and keeping our database current
• Ensure all property files are prepared and maintained in an orderly and logical manner, including leases and contracts

EDUCATION - High school diploma/GED equivalent

EXPERIENCE - At least 1 year of apartment leasing or related experience

COMPENSATION - Based on experience, starting salary from $17 - $19 per hour plus benefits package and leasing & renewal bonus program

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between buildings/properties in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
