What you'll do:

ELS Internship Program is a 10-week professional and personal development opportunity meant to provide you with an in-depth look into the REIT Industry. With multiple career workshops, capstone projects, and an extensive view of various departments- giving you a look into post-college life!

You will work in a collaborative, fast-pacedcompany right in the heart of Chicago.Our internship program is robust, and you will be involved in meaningful projects that have a true impact upon the business. We offer intern-specific activities, including lunch & learns, a group project and presentation to our executive team, networking opportunities and meet & greets with executives.Of course, our interns will also be a part of our summer company-wide social events!

Your job will include:

• Engagein multiple projects a Graphic Designer at ELS will be requested to do on a daily basis

• Complete requests such as: print collateral, web and digital display ads, social media assets, presentations etc.

• Conceptualize and design print and digital requests under the direction of manager

• Communicate with various ELS teams on different graphic and digital design requests

Experience & skills you need:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program working towards a degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.

• Demonstrates problem solving skills in customer focused environment

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
