MGRM Pinnacle is looking to hire a Records Registrar. Duties/Responsibilities:
Process transcript and records requests from the students, parents and schools.
Provide general office support to the registration team including but not limited to document verification, data entry, filing, correspondence and other such duties as required.
Submit and follow up on records requests including but not limited to AIMS, graduation requirements, and student files. Enter AIMS data.
Verify documents (birth certificates, immunization records, AIMS, etc.) for student records. Create files for graduating students ensuring completeness and accuracy with confirmation from Guidance Counselors.
General clerical responsibilities including but not limited to opening mail, filing, data entry and general correspondence.
Answer incoming telephone and email requests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide clerical assistance to team members as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School diploma required.
Previous experience in a data entry, administrative assistant or general clerical position; excellent organization. skills and time management skills; excellent customer service and marketing skills; excellent detail orientation and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
