Job Title : Mechanical Insulator

Pay rate : $26

Shift : 7am-5pm

Location : St.Marys

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Insulator to join our team. As a Mechanical Insulator, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining insulation materials on various mechanical systems, including piping, ductwork, boilers, tanks, and other mechanical equipment

Responsibilities :

• Install insulation materials on mechanical systems according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials to ensure proper coverage and protection.
• Apply insulation materials using various methods, including wrapping, taping, spraying, and fastening.
• Repair and replace insulation on existing mechanical systems as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities and meet project deadlines.

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Insulator or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
