• Perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials, digging trenches, and operating hand tools.
• Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, as needed.
• Load and unload construction materials from trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, and other temporary structures.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Operate construction equipment, such as forklifts and compactors, under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule and specifications.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control and workplace safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
