THE JOB:

The Workforce Management Supervisor drives productivity and morale by empowering schedulers to create efficient weekly schedules and manage daily operational tasks effectively. Serving as a crucial link between Workforce Management Specialists and senior management, the Supervisor fosters leadership and collaboration to optimize workforce performance.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $26.50/HR

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Develop and mentor Workforce Management Specialists, fostering their skills in crafting innovative scheduling solutions while nurturing their professional growth
• Engage in proactive collaboration with department schedulers and managers to ensure precise staffing levels and co-create strategies for operational efficiency
• Innovate scheduling methodologies and pioneer new business models to drive operational excellence and organizational growth
• Explore cutting-edge strategies to optimize staffing resources while adhering to prevailing labor agreements and regulatory requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance
• Champion ethical practices and equity in leadership while overseeing WFM Specialists and addressing inquiries from various departments, ensuring fairness and integrity across operations
• Strategically allocate workload among specialists, striking a harmonious balance between weekly scheduling tasks and daily operational demands to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Oversee the timely completion of daily schedule operations by the Workforce Management team, including processing leave requests and managing call-outs, ensuring seamless operational continuity

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• At least two years of workforce management or supervisory experience
• Either a High School Diploma or equivalent experience
