THE JOB:

As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will contribute to fabulous guest experiences with your superior service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Build relationships with department leaders to ensure accurate staffing levels

• Create scheduling solutions for various departments

• Suggest scheduling changes and create new business models

• Utilize teamwork to complete daily schedule operations, including leave requests and call outs

• Determine the balance between optimum scheduling, service expectations and current legal/legislative requirements

• Discover new best practices to enhance staffing while following current labor agreements

• Subject matter expert on Workforce Management software and processes

• Manage Key Performance Indicators, including but not limited to Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA and AHT

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 18 years of age

• Ability to multi-task in various operational systems

• Teamwork oriented

• Customer service experience

• Previous call center or administrative experience is a bonus

• High-Volume experience preferred

SCHEDULE:

Full Time Hours - various schedule

STARTING PAY RATE:

$22.55 per hour
