THE JOB

As an Employee Dining Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in required areas. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service!

THE PAY RATE: Starting at $19.18/hr

THE DAY TO DAY

• Maintain impeccable standards to uphold quality and cleanliness in designated areas

• Keep your assigned area meticulously organized per company guidelines, ensuring ample stock of chinaware, glasses, and condiments

• Regularly inspect and upkeep equipment and furniture, ensuring they remain spotless and free from any blemishes

• Ensure diner tables are consistently clean, assist in tray removal, table wiping, and chair arrangement

• Execute sweeping and vacuuming tasks to uphold pristine flooring conditions

• Demonstrate proficiency in disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling food service equipment

• Promptly report emergencies and maintenance requirements to your supervisor.

• Be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities as needed

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role preferred.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
