POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in the seamless operation of our beverage department across the casino and lounge area, leveraging expertise in all things beverage-related. From inventory management to ensuring impeccable service standards, you'll be at the forefront of crafting exceptional guest experiences.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Strategic Operations Management: Lead assigned operational functions within the department, aligning with our strategic plan and vision. Ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations, including labor management, service supervision, and inventory control.

• Guest Service Excellence: Oversee the delivery and measurement of guest service in alignment with our company's core service standards and brand attributes. Strive to exceed guest expectations and enhance their overall experience.

• Shift Oversight: Provide management support during assigned shifts, ensuring the highest quality service is delivered to our guests. Maintain a strong presence on the floor to address and resolve any issues promptly.

• Inventory and Revenue Management: Coordinate the requisition and stocking process for all beverage outlets, maximizing revenue opportunities for the division. Maintain meticulous inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

• Team Leadership and Development: Offer guidance and counsel to beverage employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure staff scheduling is optimized to meet operational needs and support employee work-life balance.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2 years of supervisory experience in beverage or an equivalent F&B supervisory position.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:
