Role and Responsibilities
The person in this role will manage the digital network operations for screens in multiple markets throughout the United States along with production and support roles for our national static network. In addition, the individual will work with the operations director to support our trafficking, production management and post sales management.
Essential Roles:
· Managing a digital out of home placement, trafficking and reporting on digital signage throughout the country
- Accounting and detail management in several systems
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and expectations at one time
· Work with ground support to establish and reestablish communication with any screens not working
· Manage the programmatic sales program including scheduling, routing and reporting revenue to multiple developer owners.
· Manage the proprietary mall inventory system for all sales team functionality.
· Support mall communication on pricing and posting of static media
· Support the operations team in reporting and tracking revenue
· Potential proposal development for key accounts
Skills:
· Exception attention to detail
· Strong excel management with understanding of pivot tables
· Understanding Digital OOH and programmatic media buying and selling
· Understanding of digital signage technology
· Understanding of PowerPoint
· Strong Word Skills
