Key responsibilities Lead team of delivery professionals in support of transportation wide initiatives Improve processes, quality, service, and productivity while reducing cost within transportation Coach and mentor delivery professionals to increase employee engagement Develop professional work relationships within the DC. Promote a culture of continuous improvement Private fleet, long haul, and cross dock experience preferred Manage analytics, strategy, and carrier networks planning for all customers Strong financial and data acumen; ability to analyze and utilize to drive results Ability to think critically through changing priorities and use sound judgement through stressful situations Identify/or solve operational issues by implementing continuous improvement or lean initiatives, to strengthen team unity, goals, productivity and results Must possess high motivation, enthusiasm, and dedication to our team and customers.
