MGM-K Exteriors Inc is a local roofing contractor company based in Rockford IL, servicing the area for more than 20 years. We specialize in roofs, siding, & gutters. We handle insurance claims for hail, wind, & fire damage for residential and commercial projects. Our company is dedicated to helping customers achieve their needs.

We are looking for experienced insurance Roofing Sales Representatives who have a knowledge and understanding of roofing, siding, gutters & insurance claims. Your role will be to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers. It is essential that the candidate has good ethics and integrity while being committed to putting the client first without unethical motives.

If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a drive for success there is a potential to earn well in commissions! This position is a commission-based role, typically starts up to 80k per year but there is no ceiling on earning potential since it based upon sales you generate.

Qualifications

• · Must have high school degree (college degree is a plus)
• · Previous sales experience (2 years)
• · Knowledge of roofing and siding industry preferred
• · Has the ability to interact with potential customers and educate homeowners about the insurance claim process.
• · Must be presentable in person, with great communication, & people skills
• · Strong listening, follow-up, & closing skills
• · Basic computer skills required for Dropbox, Excel & Word.
• · Valid Driver’s License is required
• · Must be able to get on a residential or commercial roof to perform our free inspection
• · Must be willing to travel throughout Illinois and drive long hours

Responsibilities

• You will be required to set up a ladder and inspect roofs and properties to determine whether they have enough storm or hail damage to be eligible for a repair or replacement through the homeowner's Home Insurance
• You will assist and help file insurance claims with homeowners and follow up on the claim progress with insurance companies
• Identify homes and buildings with potential storm damage
• Meet with insurance adjusters to agree on the work needed to be covered
• Will help homeowner to read insurance policies to be able to identify coverage
• Must be able to self-generate your leads and appointments; through outdoor sales, cold calling, marketing material distribution etc. any available resources
• You set and oversee the claim process from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

• 1099 contract
• Commission pay

• Salary possible/negotiable
