MGM Industries, Inc. is expanding their team and are looking for team members who are interested in a great opportunity! We are looking for dedicated individuals who are looking for a full-time opportunity and want to grow with the company! Hours will be Monday thru Thrusday from 6:00am - 4:30pm. Fridays are reserved for catching up backorders when needed. Must Pass a Drug Test. Must have valid License and social security number.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following:

• Operates optimizer machine which cuts glass for windows and doors.
• Be able to learn software for the optimizer.
• Break out glass correctly.
• Load glass onto carts correctly with minimal damage to glass.
• Keep inventory supply maintained to run efficiently.
• Have legible writing to label carts properly.
• Understand quality standards.
• Performs related duties as needed by supervision.
• Wear proper PPE gear.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the assigned duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Must have the ability to read a tape measure to 16th of an inch.

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to vibration. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
