Schedule: Per diem

Please note that public transportation does not service the hospital on Sundays, so alternate transportation is required for Sunday shifts.

Position includes:

• Assembling, delivering, and retrieving patient meal trays
• Working in the dish room
• Cleaning floors and equipment
• Restocking workstations and light food preparation.

• Great customer service skills required.
• Ability to read English to follow recipes, read menus/meal tickets, and job flows.
• Ability to speak proficient English.
• Work requires the ability to push trucks and carts with food and supplies
• Fast-paced environment in which employees must be able to quickly move from one task to another
• Ability to stand for long periods and/or walk quickly for long periods delivering trays
• Tasks require pushing catering carts, carrying/moving items up to 25lbs, bending, lifting, and reaching
