MG Properties has an immediate need for a Regional Training Manager (RTM). The RTM is accountable for all onsite employee education and development in order to achieve company goals as lead by the Director of Learning, Culture & Philanthropy. The RTM will assess the needs of their portfolio, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the community performance and resident experience.
The RTM must have clear, strong communication skills and ability to teach employees in person, virtually, over the phone and through webinars. It is essential that the RTM possess the ability to teach using various learning styles to ensure all employees comprehend the course content. In addition to other responsibilities, the Regional Training Manager will act as a troubleshooter, resource, ambassador and mentor to new and existing employees. RTM will contribute to creating, implementing, and selecting content and materials to improve overall training curriculum aligning with company goals. This position requires consistent communication with the Regional Managers and Regional Support Managers to maintain seamless support for our employees’ development process and educational experience.
