We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service while managing the store in a safe and professional manner.

- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Conduct regular store meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a hardware store Manager or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of retail math and pricing strategies
- Excellent sales, customer service, management, & leadership skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to self manage and be self motivated.
