Starting pay: $16.50/hr
Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30am--3pm (6am--2:30pm during the winter)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing of floors, hallways, stairwells and other premises areas.
- Cleaning and refinishing gym floors as needed.
- Vacuuming and shampooing rugs and carpets.
- Cleaning, polishing and dusting of furniture and fixtures.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies.
- Washing windows, walls, mirrors and other areas.
- Collecting and disposing of all waste products.
- Assisting with simple repairs.
- Assisting with the relocation of property.
- Reporting of items requiring repair and/or replacement.
- Setting up/tearing down areas needed for special events or meetings.
- Shoveling/plowing snow, sanding/salting walks and steps as needed.
- Picking up debris outside of building.
- Reporting the need for tools and supplies to the lead custodian.
- Working sporting events as needed.
- Performing all other duties assigned by administration or the General Manager.
