As a Performance Management & Strategy Consultant II, you'll strengthen the management of Department of the Air Force (DAF) strategic planning and aligned performance metrics. What you'll do:

• Provide hands-on guidance to Air Force leaders on making strategic and senior leadership mission guidance actionable for Airmen and the broader Air Force community.
• Drive process, governance, and technology improvements.

What you'll need to succeed:

• At least 5 years of experience in several of the following areas: organizational change/transformation management, process reengineering, and performance management and improvement
• Experience driving innovation and change management initiatives on Government or Commercial projects
• Experience with data analysis and visualization aligned to performance management
• Experience managing multiple and/or competing activities at once with the ability to effectively prioritize with little to no intervention
• Experience providing recommendations for and implementing industry best practices for performance management
• Experience briefing and/or advising executive-level stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or higher
• Active Secret clearance or higher
