Description

Directly supervises employee facility cleaning and sanitizing at over 75 employee locations throughout the MNR service territory. Assist in the development of customer service standards, techniques, policies and procedures.

Leverage the use of Microsoft Suite applications and other data management programs to centralize departmental data and build informational dashboards, staying up to date with regional and/or industry-wide trends.

Manages safety, cost control and personnel administration for Station Operations Department contracts.

Perform administrative tasks, including the review and approval of invoices, monitoring of costs to ensure adequate funding remains available, compiling and analyzing data and creating reports and participating in the renewal of Station Operations Department contracts.

Responds to emergencies on a 24-hour / 7-day basis.

Perform monthly facility inspections at various times of the day to ensure that station standards are in compliance.

Be responsible for maintaining all departmental employee training information in the Workforce Certification Program.

Assist station districts with the management and oversight of custodians, ticket sellers and ambassadors.

This is a safety sensitive position and subject to toxicology testing.

Employees driving company vehicles must complete defensive driver training once every three years for current MNR drivers; or within 180 days of hire or transfer for an employee entering an authorized driving position.
