Account Manager & Data Operations Specialist

Location: Somerset, NJ (3 days a week) and Edison, NJ (2 days at client site)

Type: Full-Time

Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager & Data entry. This role combines client management with data operations, providing a unique opportunity to oversee and support the client's needs directly. The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for most client communications and will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, processing billing cycles, generating reports, posting FTP files, and assisting with various office tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for client communications, ensuring that all client needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process billing cycles bi-weekly, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Generate reports and posting files to FTP sites as required, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Conducting these tasks using custom in house software, Excel, and other tools.
• Assist with various office tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to printing labels and answering phones.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management and data operations or related fields.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Experience with billing processes and report generation.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
