We are currently searching for a full-time Preschool Lead Teacher to join our DuPage Team in our Head Start and Preschool for All program in DuPage County (43 week position) as well as an Infant Toddler Lead Teacher to join our Addison Children's Center team!

We are currently offering a SIGN ON BONUS of $3,000 for full-time and $1,500 for part-time Teacher positions.
Individuals working at least 20.75 hours a week, are benefit eligible on a prorated basis! In addition to continuous career development and support, other benefits offered include:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education OR
Gateways Level 5, enrolled in an Early Childhood program with completion of PEL, current, registered and completed by 2028
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
MFS staff are required to provide proof of vaccination or have an approved medical exemption prior to starting employment.
Must be able to lift a child up to 50lbs.
SALARY: Compensation is commensurate with years of related experience, position requirements, and candidate qualifications. The average annual salary for the position is $55,000 for full year programs and $45,000 prorated salary for 43-week programs.
