Position: Mobility Specialist
Location: Downtown Pittsburgh (Southside)
Shift(s): Full-time (Tuesday- Saturday)
Pay: $15/hr
Mobility Specialist
As a Mobility Specialist, you will be the face of Metropolis Technology in our parking lots and will assist customers by helping them subscribe to the Metropolis parking technology as needed with a polite and courteous attitude. To be successful, you must have the stamina to stand for extended periods of time while remaining vibrant and friendly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is constantly looking to innovate, and must have good customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will be a friendly, caring, dedicated individual with good cross-cultural sensitivity and the willingness to put in extra effort and time when required, as well as a passion for serving customers. You will work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a multi-cultural team and guests alike, while possessing following;

What you can expect in a typical day:

• Greet and welcome guests to the parking lots and garages.
• Assist guests with subscribing to the Metropolis technology.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help.
• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries on the parking lots/garages with confidence.
• Patrol designated parking lots/ garages and identify vehicles without proper payment or permission.
• Write and issue parking violations to parking customers and tenants who violate parking policies.
• Document violations by photo using company-provided handheld devices.
• Maintain cleanliness in parking lots and common areas - e.g. (Sweeping and cleaning, pick up trash, emptying trash cans, etc)
• Flexibility to work at a variety of different shifts within the area.

Position Qualifications
Skills and Abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills; frequently communicate with team members and customers; must be able to exchange accurate information.
• Ability to drive vehicles of all makes, models, and sizes
• Reliability and responsibility

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior valet parking attendant experience preferred

Other Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Expected to constantly work in all outdoor weather conditions
• Required to wear a uniform and follow appropriate grooming standards
