**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Manager to oversee our laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management, clinical trials, and molecular biology. **Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day operations of the laboratory - Ensure compliance with CGMP, GLP, and other regulatory standards - Oversee data collection and analysis processes - Coordinate and conduct clinical trials - Implement and maintain laboratory information management systems (LIMS) - Supervise laboratory staff and provide training as needed - Develop and optimize laboratory protocols and procedures - Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment - Collaborate with internal teams to support research projects - Ensure quality control and assurance measures are in place **Experience:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Proven experience in laboratory management within a clinical or research setting - Strong background in molecular biology, histology, and data collection techniques - Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) - Knowledge of CGMP, GLP, and other regulatory requirements - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to lead a dynamic laboratory team.
