Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Swim Camp Counselors to join our team for an exciting summer camp program. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for campers to learn, grow, and make lasting memories in the pool.

Responsibilities:

-Student Safety and awareness

-Be in uniform ready to work 15 mins before your shift starts

-Clean the pool area after each shift

-Be present at all staff training and meetings

-Become knowledgeable of curriculum

-Class management of students and time

-Ability to adapt quickly to change

-Make your lesson the highlight of the day for each student

-Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members

Skills:

-Knowledge of childhood development principles

-First aid certification is a plus

-Experience in classroom management or sports coaching

-Background in childcare, early childhood education, or related field

-Ability to work with children of various ages and backgrounds

-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment

-Experience in theater or behavior management is advantageous
