Metronome is Hiring a Software Engineer Near Chantilly, VA
Metronome is looking for a Software Engineer who will be part of team to design, build and deploy a bi-directional Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) cloud provider API Gateway capable of sending and pulling data from various source systems over a secure network. This team will work closely with over forty interface partners, across different organizations and agencies, in defining interface requirements, building a to-be architecture, performing comprehensive system testing and ultimately deploying an integrated internal and external facing API Gateway across two different agencies on a same classification network.
* Experience as a full-stack developer* Development experience using Typescript (experience with JavaScript and Angular if no Typescript experience)* Fundamental knowledge of Node.js* Experience with AWS services and AWS CDK* Understanding of Agile principles* Familiarity with JIRA* Familiarity with GitHub* Understanding and experience developing APIs* Good communication skills
