Overview:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising, scheduling, training, and dispatching Coach Operators. In addition, this role ensures for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) coordination of duties and performs a variety of administrative tasks. The Operations Supervisor performs system maintenance duties, receives, records, investigates and responds to comments and complaints, maintains bus routes and facilitates driver training.
