Job Description:

We're seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to expand our client base across various sectors, excluding light industrial staffing. Your primary focus will be on bringing in new clients within the realms of IT, BPO, Admin, Clerical, Finance, and Healthcare staffing.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to establish new client relationships, emphasizing the acquisition of new logos.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with key decision-makers involved in contingent workforce hiring.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational procurement structures, including roles such as Chief Procurement Officer, Contingent Workforce Category Manager, and MSP Program Manager.
  • Attend industry conferences focused on contingent workforce management to stay abreast of trends and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare persuasive presentation decks and case studies showcasing our business capabilities.
  • Participate as a speaker at contingent workforce industry events to demonstrate thought leadership.
  • Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) for Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Leverage prior experience working with MSP partners like Allegis, Pontoon, and Kelly to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Manage the completion of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP), ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing outreach campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Provide insights for the creation of effective marketing collateral to support business development efforts.
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Discoverorg, and industry-recognized CRM systems to drive sales initiatives.
  • Supervise onsite and offshore account managers responsible for servicing existing MSP accounts.
  • Be prepared for up to 80% travel on short notice to engage with clients and attend industry events.
