As a Warehouse Associate in their freezer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that their operations run smoothly. You'll be responsible for picking orders in a freezer environment at a temperature of -10 F, operating equipment at heights up to 30 feet, and maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions.

The Day-to-Day :

• Safely operate a forklift to move products throughout the warehouse.
• Count and verify quantities of items picked for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet monthly Pick Rate Bonus targets.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma.
• Prior experience operating a forklift is essential.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (-10 F).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Legible handwriting for completing pick sheets.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
