Metro Maids (www.metromaidsatlanta.com) is seeking hardworking, reliable, professional house cleaners.

You will be setting up your own schedule on our platform, and specifying the hours you wish to work. We are currently looking to find candidates to service residential and commercial cleans in Alpharetta, Johns Creek and Roswell. We provide you with a friendly support team who will set up your appointments for you and get you booked out according to the schedule you have set up for yourself. We deal with any customer service issues to save you time and let you focus on your work. We also take care of handling and collecting all payments for completed jobs. Payout will be delivered on a weekly basis.

Metro Maids was locally built, is run locally and services locally. Compared to other competitors, we offer well above minimum wage. We want our cleaners to be properly and fairly compensated for the effort you put into your cleans.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or related field.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to perform floor care and sanitation tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products.
• Experience in janitorial or custodial work is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Utilize custodial experience to maintain cleanliness and order in various spaces.
• Apply janitorial skills to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Execute commercial cleaning duties with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Own your own cleaning supplies.
• Own a smart phone.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable form of transportation (personal vehicle).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 50 per week
