Description

Our Operations Managers works with the General Manager to build and develop an excellence-focused team; upholds The Metro Way standards for customer experience and operational excellence; and maximizes site EBITDA. The position reports directly to the General Manager and consults with the VP of Human Resources in HR matters.

• Exemplifies, executes and mentors The Metro Way
• Ensures team and facility alignment with The Metro Way Standards
• Provides ongoing guidance and leadership development of site leadership team
• Supports, coaches and develops site CSR team
• Assists in recruiting, training and developing a highly motivated and effective team
• Ensures a safety conscious culture and safe working environment at their location
• Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Coordinates and oversees facility, equipment and property maintenance standards
• Monitors and manages chemistry inventory
